The LATTICE Consortium has been one of the most exciting things to happen to cardiology in a long time.

We've made tremendous progress. We've grown in the number of systems that we reach. There are many programs that are already making tangible benefits to patients around the US through LATTICE. And that progress is made only in partnership with colleagues around this country.

The LATTICE program is really unique in that it's a multi-stakeholder involvement involving many organizations.

Many of us have been doing individual things for many years, but this is a chance for us to come together, share what works, what doesn't work, and to really translate into a scalable solution for some of the problems that we have.
